The following describes the registration fees and procedure. For clarification on any of the items, please contact Aaron Cox.

In order to achieve the highest quality of learning in the conference, we have limited the number of participants to 250 only. We therefore encourage individuals and organisations to register early.

All speakers must register for the conference. If you haven't done so, please register as soon as possible. Registration form can be accessed above via our web portal. Registration closes on August 7, 2014.

Registration Fees

  • Regular Rate - $165 (inc GST)
  • Student Rate - $150 (inc GST)
  • Group Bookings (more than 10) please contact cox.aaron.a@edumail.vic.gov.au
The registration fee includes:
  • Conference Program
  • Attendance to all 4 Keynote Sessions and 3 Workshops
  • Lunch, morning and afternoon snacks
  • Opening registration including a bag of goodies for all delegates
  • Abstracts of presentations
  • Certificate of Attendance for 8 hours Professional Development

Registration Procedure

Registration will be online. Please follow the link below. Please make sure you select all relevant information and provide your correct contact details. 

Attendees will receive an email confirmation and directions related to payments.

Accommodations
Accommodation is not included in the registration, however, nearby accommodation can be made at the Dingley International Hotel.

Cancellation and Refund

There are no refunds offered however we do offer substitution registrants prior to the conference. Please notify Aaron Cox (cox.aaron.a@edumail.vic.gov.au or call Kingswood Primary School on 9551-1727 with the individual's name as well as updating any contact information
